Testimonial from 2 participants in last year's Intro To Ayurveda Workshop:
My husband and I took Bridgette Shea’s Ayurveda class that was sponsored by Namaste Yoga. We both were thrilled with the way that Bridget presented the material- offering very helpful information in a format that allowed us to learn along the way. We took what she offered immediately and started practicing the basic concepts starting week one. This class has transformed out health via weight loss, increased energy and a confidence that we are taking good care of our physical, emotional and spiritual health. We highly recommend the class to anyone wanting to learn about this ancient, amazing practice.
This class is open to only 5 participants, and some of those spots are already filled. We will meet twice in November, and coordinate the December date(s) around participant availability. The first class is November 7th in the treatment room at my home. Payment of $150 is due at the time of registration. Please contact me to register either by email:firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone at 577-1183.
